We recommend that you have at least 12 inches of virgin hair (never colored, highlighted, or permanently treated hair) available to donate.

Please fill out the hair donation form on the Wigs for Kids website before your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time to receive our complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule.

  • For their safety, no children under the age of 10 are permitted on the premises.

  • Cash, Debit, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

  • Although our stylists and shampoo technicians greatly appreciate tipping, the customer ultimately decides.

    You can leave your tip with your stylist, shampoo tech, or the front desk.
