Day of Your Appointment
Please arrive on time to receive our complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule.

Children
For their safety, no children under the age of 10 are permitted on the premises.

Cancellations
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.  

Gratitudes
Although our stylists and shampoo technicians greatly appreciate tipping, it is ultimately left to the discretion of the customer.

Safety Guidelines
We wash our hands as often as possible, sanitize our smocks, and disinfect stations between guests. If you are feeling ill or have recently been around anyone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment for a later time. As a friendly CDC reminder, please do not touch your face or anything else that you do not have to.
