For their safety, no children under the age of 10 are permitted on the premises.

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.  

Salon U and its staff are not responsible for any loss of, or damage to, personal effects, jewelry, clothing, etc. of our guests that could occur during the normal course of a service.
