Please arrive on time to receive our complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule.

For their safety, no children under the age of 10 are permitted on the premises.

CANCELLATIONS

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

GRATUITIES

Although tipping is greatly appreciated by our stylists and shampoo technicians, it is ultimately left to the discretion of the customer.
