Business Hours Monday: Closed *Salon U is closed for lunch from 1-2 on every day of operation except Saturdays Day of Your Appointment Please arrive on time to receive our complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule. Cancellations We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than two times, the customer must be charged for the appointment. |
Gratuities Although tipping is greatly appreciated by our stylists and shampoo technicians, it is ultimately left to the discretion of the customer. Payment Cash, Visa, Amex, Personal Checks, Money Orders Children For their safety no children under the age of 10 are permitted on the premises. |
